    This website at optume.ai (the "Site") is operated by Lifesmith International, Inc ("Optume.ai", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

    2. What this Site is

    The Site is an informational resource. It describes the services we offer (custom development, AI and business consulting, education and training, and visibility optimization), shares articles and insights, and lets you contact us. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into a contract, and submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement between us.

    3. Using the Site

    You may view and use the Site for your own informational and business purposes. You agree not to:

    • use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it;
    • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
    • copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Site without our written permission;
    • introduce any malware or other harmful code; or
    • use the Site to infringe the rights of any other person.

    4. Our content and intellectual property

    All content on the Site, including text, articles, graphics, design, logos, and the Optume.ai name, together with the frameworks, methodologies, and materials we publish (including The Visibility Code and the Visibility Code Diagnostic), is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution.

    5. Information you send us

    When you use the contact form or email us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Please do not send confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information through the Site that you would not want handled as described in our Privacy Policy. How we handle the information you submit is explained in our Privacy Policy.

    6. No professional advice

    The content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or other advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Obtain appropriate professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

    7. No warranties

    The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the content is complete, accurate, or current.

    8. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optume.ai and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    9. Third-party links

    The Site may contain links to websites operated by others. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

    10. Changes

    We may update the Site and these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept them. Please check this page periodically.

    11. Governing law

    These Terms of Use, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Ontario, Canada will have jurisdiction over any such dispute.
